The main regulation requisites are:
- Cyclic opening/closing/tilt test: 10000 cycles: PASSED with H2 grade
- Resistance test: PASSED with 150 KG mass
- Inferior Hinge Traction test: PASSED with impact mass equivalent to 150 KG
- Weather and Corrosion Resistance test: PASSED with 4 Grade

Corrosion resistance
The Painting and Zincing processes of external components and mechanical exposed components guarantee high quality and durability standards. After numerous tests within our laboratory, salt spray exposure test carried out at an accredited institute has certified the 4 Grade rating on a general group of components and mechanisms.
After a 24 h oxidation and saline solution exposure test, the different components did not show any flaws.
